Throughout 2024, the Teen Challenge Southeast Region – Jacksonville Men’s Center witnessed incredible moments of growth, transformation, and faith. From leadership transitions to community outreach and facility improvements, the year was filled with blessings and milestones that strengthened the center’s mission to bring hope and healing to men struggling with life-controlling issues like addiction or mental health issues.
A New Chapter in Leadership
In August 2024, the center welcomed Zack and Kayla Stokes as its new directors during a special luncheon. This event marked a pivotal transition, ushering in a new era of leadership and vision for Jacksonville Men’s Rehab. The Stokes family’s dedication and passion for ministry have already profoundly impacted the center’s future.
A Night of Transformation: The Annual Gala
One of the year’s most anticipated events was the 2024 Teen Challenge Jacksonville Annual Gala. Attendees gathered for an evening of inspiration, enjoying dinner, powerful testimonies, and messages of faith. The event also featured a silent auction, which allowed supporters to contribute to the ministry’s ongoing mission. The overwhelming generosity and encouragement from the community reaffirmed the importance of faith-driven recovery.
Community Engagement & Spiritual Growth
Jacksonville Men’s Rehab remained deeply connected to the community throughout the year. In March 2024, the center celebrated a baptism ceremony, a powerful testament to the life-changing transformations happening within the program.
In May 2024, the center honored mothers on Mother’s Day, recognizing the vital role of family in the recovery journey. These moments of connection and celebration reinforced the center’s commitment to restoring lives and families through faith.

In July 2024, the center reflected on its journey by sharing photos of the facility before its renovation. Looking back at its humble beginnings served as a powerful reminder of God’s faithfulness in transforming buildings, hearts, and lives.
End-of-Year Initiatives & Reflection
Miracle Match Campaign
As the year ended, the center launched its Miracle Match campaign in December 2024. This initiative encouraged donors to give generously, knowing that every contribution would be matched, doubling the impact of their support. These vital funds help sustain and expand the center’s mission to reach more men struggling with addiction.
